Mark Vassallo is an experienced Ontario Mortgage Broker who helps clients make smarter mortgage decisions, reduce debt, and build long-term wealth through real estate.
With mortgage industry experience dating back to 2013 and licensed Mortgage Broker experience since 2016, Mark has helped clients with home purchases, refinances, renewals, debt consolidation, alternative lending, and private mortgage options. Before becoming a broker, Mark worked with RBC from 2007 to 2013, including several years as a Mortgage Specialist, giving him a strong foundation in banking, lending, and client service.
Mark is also a licensed real estate agent and has a background in renovations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property value, market conditions, home ownership, investment potential, and the real costs that come with owning or improving a property. This allows him to look beyond just the mortgage rate and help clients understand the bigger picture.
Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing to lower monthly payments, consolidating high-interest debt, renewing your mortgage, or looking for ways to use your home equity more strategically, Mark takes the time to explain your options clearly and honestly.
His goal is simple: to help clients move from feeling overwhelmed by debt to feeling more in control of their finances — and eventually use real estate as a tool to build wealth.
Mark’s approach is straightforward, practical, and no-pressure. He believes the right mortgage advice can make a major difference, not only in helping clients get approved, but in helping them make better financial decisions for the future.
